The general terms and conditions of the online shop are made in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia and international codes for electronic business. The general terms and conditions of business deal with the operation of the online store, the rights of the buyer and the business relationship between the buyer and the seller or online store managers.

1. Order
After the award of the contract, the buyer receives the same order on the same day, on the e-mail address. Any cancellation of orders can be made by the buyer within 12 (twelve) hours to our e-mail address. In the event that the buyer does not cancel its order within the agreed time period means that the contract for the purchase of products between the buyer and the seller / operator of the online store is irrevocably concluded. Once a purchase contract is concluded, it is stored at the company’s headquarters, where it is available every working day between 8 am and 4 pm. The seller, within the deadline specified on the order confirmation, is packing and dispatching the ordered products. According to the official deadline for delivery of our contractual partner (1-2 business days).

2. Payments
Payment options are as follows:
-by the bill of quantities, when the customer completes the order, we will send an estimate to him by e-mail. As soon as the payment is visible on our business account, we ship the products in stock to the desired address, or place the products in work and are sent out when the products are ready.

3. Delivery
The cost of postage is charged in accordance with the contracts of the delivery service and the buyer is informed about the amount. Personal pick-up is possible every working day from 8.00 to 16.00, but only by prior arrangement, in case of products that are not in stock. 4. Prices
The seller is liable for VAT, so the prices already contain VAT, unless otherwise stated. Prices are valid on the day of purchase and are valid until cancellation. Despite the extraordinary effort to provide the most up-to-date and accurate data, it may be that the price information is incorrect. In such cases, the seller reserves the right to change the price while processing the order! In this case, the buyer will be informed in writing of this and will be offered the option of withdrawing from the contract, and at the same time he will be offered a solution that will go towards mutual satisfaction.

5. Return and replacement of goods and the right to withdraw from the purchase
Goods already purchased, provided that the goods are unused, unopened, undamaged and in original packaging, the buyer can send back the seller within 14 days of receipt of the goods and we will replace them for other goods. Any difference in the value of the goods is subject to a surcharge. The refund cost and the re-shipping cost for other goods are borne by the buyer.
The buyer has the right to notify the seller in writing, within 14 days of receipt of the goods, that the product is not satisfied or to withdraw from the contract, without having to state the reason for his decision, and then return the products within 30 days from notice of withdrawal. The return of the goods within the resignation period shall be considered a notice of withdrawal. The buyer is obliged to bear the costs incurred when returning the object of the purchase. The buyer must notify the seller in writing of the intended return by e-mail: and the delivery will be returned to our address by prior arrangement with us. The courier will take over the shipment at your place, at our expense, or deliver the product personally to the head office of the company. When applying a guarantee, we operate in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot).
In the event that the package you receive when ordering the goods is physically damaged, missing content or showing signs of opening, the buyer must initiate the complaint procedure at the delivery service by telling us about the matter first by e-mail: or by telephone no .: 00386 4 573 09 00 and we will send you a courier service of the delivery service that accepts the shipment in the same condition as you received it (without adding anything or removed), and you complete the reclamation report. Together with our delivery service, we will ensure that the complaint is resolved as soon as possible.

7. Communication

8. Liability

Nevertheless, the characteristics of the goods or the price may change so quickly that the provider fails to correct the information on the web pages. In such a case, the vendor will inform the buyer of the changes and allow him to resign from the order or to replace the ordered product. The seller is not responsible for the content of product reviews written by visitors. The seller of an opinion before the publication examines and rejects those that contain obvious falsehoods are misleading or offensive. The seller is not responsible for the information in the opinions and is unrelated to any liability arising out of this title. Although the seller is trying to provide accurate photographs of sales items, all photographs should be taken as symbolic. Photos do not provide product features.

9. Complaints and disputes
The seller respects the applicable consumer protection legislation (ZVPot). The seller is struggling to fulfill his duty, to establish an effective complaints handling system. Within five (5) business days, the seller will confirm to the buyer that he has received the complaint, informed the buyer how long he will deal with it and inform him about the progress of the procedure. • the address and place of residence
• an address for sending ordered goods
• e-mail address (username)
• password in encrypted (encrypted form)
• other data that the user enters when registering in the online store
We are not responsible for the accuracy of the information entered by the user when registering in the online store.
For security purposes, IP addresses of users who access and use the online store are also selected!
Exceptional disclosure of personal information
Information provided by Veriga K.F., d.o.o. collected and processed, will only be disclosed if the law on the protection of personal data or in good faith provides that such action is necessary for proceedings before courts or other state bodies.
